Our Arcata Chamber mentorship program visit today was wonderful. We observed Maria’s ESM 10 class, enjoyed a great tour led by Athens to learn about programs, and treated the students to lunch in the cafeteria. Stops included learning about the Career Center with Montel and the Multicultural Center.
Maria’s class was definitely a highlight for our students because they got to experience a college class firsthand. The students appreciated this entire opportunity to learn more about the College of the Redwoods, as most of them are heading your way next fall. Thank you for your graciousness in supporting these six AHS seniors.
Thanks again,
Jim Ritter, Board of Director, Arcata Chamber
